‘Fools’ gold: Local gay podcast getting national attention

The living room is filled with furniture from Crate & Barrel and IKEA. Books line the shelves; an exercise ball lies in the corner; and an unassuming TV sits on a stand. Just off to the side is a dining room table surrounded by windows on three sides. Scattered over the table are papers with handwritten notes, Apple equipment and some nice-looking microphones.

Not many people know, but this is one of the most popular living rooms in America, especially in the gay community, and it’s right on the North Side of Chicago.
